No! If you do not have your ticket we will still be able to check you in!

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Please contact us at ICSEW@ofm.wa.gov if you need to transfer your ticket to someone else. However, we understand that sometimes these things come up last minute. Someone else may attend on your behalf, even without a ticket in hand. Please just make sure that they give us your name at check in and let us know that they will be taking your place.

What are my transportation and parking options getting to the event?

We highly suggest that you carpool or take public transit.

The Tacoma Dome Station is a free parking garage located at 424 East 25th Street, Tacoma, Washington

The Tacoma Link Light Rail is free from the Tacoma Dome Station and runs every 12 minutes from 6:36 am - 8:00 pm. Your stop for the Conference is the Convention Center Station. Find more information on the Tacoma Link Light Rail at: http://www.soundtransit.org/schedules/light-rail/tacoma-link-light-rail

Tacoma Dome Station is also a stop on several commuter bus routes, including Sound Transit routes from Seattle and InterCity Transit routes from Olympia/Thurston County.

For More Information, Visit:

Pierce Transit : http://www.piercetransit.org/
Intercity Transit (Thurston County) : http://www.intercitytransit.com/Pages/default.aspx
Sound Transit : http://www.soundtransit.org/
King County Metro : http://metro.kingcounty.gov/

There are several paid lots around downtown Tacoma. Paid street parking is limited to two hours, so we do not suggest using street parking. The Hotel Murano does offer a parking garage, however it is very limited for space.
